Born in the USA, Lenny RAVICH (BA, MA) in Education and Black Belt in
Gestalt, is a humor and Optimism expert and the author of the Platinum
Award-winning book, "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Enlightenment” . Lenny is a co-founder of www.ha-p.com. As an ADHD child, a Shakespearian actor then a teacher and education inspector
he brought playfulness and humor to the classroom, proving that TLC and play
has a significant impact on passion and enthusiasm to learn, resulting in
better academic and social skills. Lenny is also a well-known script writer as
well as top trainer for confident public speaking using humor and authenticity.
Based in Singapore Avi Z LIRAN (MBA Marketing and Entrepreneurship, BA Economics) is an innovator and optimism and social-capitalism philosopher. Avi is a co-founder of www.ha-p.com. Avi is a delightfully upbeat humorist inspirational educator, trainer, and keynote speaker. Avi served as VP marketing of ICT companies. He founded, managed and sold an advertising agency. He founded the Honeycomb group, an investment boutique house working with Singapore Telecom and listed real estate companies. Avi served in senior deputy director positions in the Ministry of Industry and Trade then served as the Trade and Tourism Commissioner (1992-1996) in Singapore, overseeing Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines Heading North Asia operations and the Chief Facilitation Officer, Gloria LEUNG has over 14 years’ experience in the organizational development area. She has been providing training and executive coaching services to over 80 corporate clients from various industries in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Macau. Gloria holds a Postgraduate Certificate Psychology from University of Hong Kong and BBA (Hon) degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University. She is a Certified NLP Trainer (NLPU) in US. Gloria is the architect and co-host of "The NLP Cafe" radio show in Cantonese. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist (ABH, IMDHA). Her coaching and training are energized with her extensive experience in coaching, psychological academic background and NLP technique. She believes that outstanding performance is just a by-product of our happier selves and is in the midst of writing her first book on happier tips for happier performance at the workplace. Heading the operations in the Netherlands, Annemarie STEEN (MA) is an inspirational trainer, facilitator and speaker in the corporate world. She started at a young age as an actress for television in the Netherlands, with several leading roles. After her studies, and two years of experience as a tour-guide in India and Nepal, she started as a trainer in 1998 as franchisee of DOOR Training International. After 2004 she was searching for new ways of teaching, and became an advocate for experiential learning, in which she could combine her improvisation and acting experience with her corporate training skills. Annemarie is an enthusiastic, creative, lifelong learner and proud mother of a daughter. Heading the operations in Finland, originally trained as an actor, Simo ROUTARINNE is now a professional improviser and an interaction designer with great presentation skills and one of the world's leaders in Status Training. In the last 20 years he has worked with a large variety of people from policemen to priests; from scientists to CEO’s and from actors to doctors. He has given inspirational keynotes, training and facilitating sessions in corporate settings and lectured in several universities in Finland and abroad. He has studied improvisation under the quidance of Keith Johnstone. He is a founding member of Improvisation Theatre Stella Polaris and Applied Improvisation Network Europe.He has translated Keith Johnstone’s book Impro in 1996 and written two books of his own since then, Improvise! In 2004 and Power in Interaction 2007. In 2011 he launched the Status Games card deck, a powerful learning tool of body language. Yarin KIMOR is a world known expert in the development of creative thinking and a popular TV director. For over 30 years Yarin Kimor has been a TV correspondent, producer and editor of various programs on television. Yarin is a graduate of WPI — the World Press Institute in the United States. He consults and frequently lectures to a diverse selection of professionals in organizations, to gain relative advantage in the market and build personal empowerment for the individual . Yarin has developed a unique game kit – “Think Outside of the Box”. Each card in the set introduces a problem and offers a creative solution. Born and bred in Singapore, Sha-En YEO (BSc Psychology, PGDE) is an associate of www.ha-P.com, She is a passionate educator, who has spent the past 7 years as both an elementary school teacher and a guidance officer in the Ministry of Education, Singapore. During her time there, she developed curriculum for project work and guidance programs and represented the Ministry on overseas study trips. She also played a key role in the development of the education and culture program in Singapore's Youth Olympic Games (YOG 2010) proposal. Currently pursuing a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at the University of Pennsylvania, Sha-En will be Singapore’s first positive psychology practitioner. With particular interest in building positive education through a focus on strengths, positive emotions and positive relationships, Sha-En hopes to build greater engagement, meaning & purpose for teachers, parents and students, leading them towards a flourishing, thriving life. Sha-En is enthusiastic, warm and a keen learner. Her inspiration for positive education is currently driven by her bubbly and ever-curious daughter, Sherrie. |
