For Parents: Love me, Love you

This program aimed at helping couples rediscover their commitment and bond for each other, thereby helping them becoming the best parents to their children. When children enter the marriage relationship, the focus of attention shifts to the well-being of the child; in so doing, couples find they have less time for each other. Being able to refocus attention on the bond they share in the first place, taking care of themselves before attending to their children will help them become better parents. Through the use of emotion coaching, tools of empathy, positive emotions and strengths dates (amongst others), couples will learn to be better partners and better parents. They will learn the language needed to communicate with their child and gain perspective on what it means to be living their children’s lives.
