I have been dance walking for years. I admit that although I seem to be extrovert, I was shy what people will think of me, so I do it during my weekend sunset walk back when it is getting dark and not many people are around. Funny enough, the dance walking back is faster and more calories are burnt. More fun, more fitness.
It can be fun as a group of friends to do it. But how do we get the songs that we want and all hear it at the same time?
